In this video we explore the ways you can support your kid in becoming an athlete that can handle pressure. Contrary to popular belief, pressure can actually be good and help performance.

To help illustrate this point, we will be graphing the Pressure-Performance Curve. With this curve we can discuss how the brain and body may respond to various amounts of pressure.
